Dealing with Cain

We continue our series called “Genesis: Starting for Home” with a more in-depth look at the fact that all Christians, while born again through faith in Jesus Christ, must continue to struggle with the flesh (“Cain”). This is part of God’s sanctifying process for all his children. How is this done? First, we must recognize that what God said to Cain is still true for all Christians, “sin is crouching at the door; its desire is for [us], but [we] must rule over it” (Genesis 4:7).
